An empath is someone who can sense the emotional or physical energies around them as if they were their own.

The Short Adrenal Health Test

The self-exam one can do at home is the pupil dilation exam…

Darken the room and shine a flashlight across one eye (not directly into the eye) and watch what happens in the mirror.

Under normal circumstances, the black pupil in the center should immediately contract and stay contracted. 

However, experiencing low adrenal function, the pupil will not hold the contraction easily. It will soon dilate (open) in spite of having a light shining on it.

    Yes everything I read is exactly what’s wrong with me this was great reading I’m going to try the herbs and yes if I have to go like to the grocery store or at a family gathering I am so tired for the next 2-3 days that I just have to stay in my room in the quiet I’ve been like this all my life but sometimes it just gets so overwhelming but this was a great article thank you very much have a wonderful evening!!     I really thought it was just me, i work two jobs and by the time i get home i have nothing in the tank . I take public transportation home, by the time i reach my door , my goodness i just want to sleep. i dont want to talk to anyone.
